Kevin Thornton
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in machine installation, Rebuilding and Repair with a specialization in Die Casting Presses. Kevin worked in various supervision and management roles for a large mechanical contracting company before successfully launching a family-owned mechanical contracting company TK Industrial Contractors in 2015. Kevin is a 1989 graduate of Sidney High School in Sidney, Ohio and completed a four-year degree in construction management at St. Clair College in Dayton, Ohio. Kevin has installed and repaired hundreds of die casting machines during his career with a specialty for machines manufactured in Japan.
Rob De Neff
Rob has over 35 years of experience in the Metal Casting Industry. He was the North American Engineering Leader for Honda of America and was responsible for Kaizen activity for their 8 casting facilities in North America prior to retiring in December of 2020. During his 30 years at Honda he was involved in planning, designing and starting up 4 new casting facilities from the ground up. Rob is serving his second term on the Board of Governors for the North American Die Casting Association. Rob has launched a successful consulting company Performance Metal Castings Group. Specializing in project management, casting cell design, process & quality improvement, equipment reliability & cost down activities.
